What is upgrade assurance?

An option to receive future major versions of Foxit PDF Editor for free upgrades. Minor updates are periodic and typically major versions are released every 12-18 months. If/when a new update or major version is released while your upgrade assurance is active and not expired, you are entitled to them.

When does my software assurance expire?

The expiration date is 364 days from the order date. The order date is found on the order confirmation email you received when the order was processed.

Can I let upgrade assurance lapse and renew later?

No. Once upgrade assurance expires it cannot be renewed.

How will I know when SA will expire?

Notifications are sent to the email address provided in the order, namely to where the order confirmation was sent, as early as 90 days before expiration.
