Featuring 2 electric motors that allow you to adjust the height of your desk, the Acava EDF32D electric sit stand desks help reduce your sitting hours without sacrificing working hours, as well as extending your precious life and alleviating your lower back pain. It is quick and easy to adjust the electric desk and it can be raised from 58cm to 123cm within seconds. This allows you to work comfortably, whether sitting down or standing up.

Scientists estimate that by reducing your sitting time to less than 3 hours a day could increase your life expectancy by 2 years. It is highly recommended you take a break or switch to a standing position after sitting for 2 hours or more. Several studies also show lower back pain is becoming a common problem for people sitting over 4 hours per day. By switching to a standing position regularly, you will be focusing on your work more, extending your life expectancy, and alleviating lower back pain.

The EDF32D standing desk frame is compatible with any worktop with a width of 1100-2200 mm and depth of 600-800 mm, and has a max load of 125 Kg including the weight of your chosen worktop.

Dual-sensor Anti-collision sensitivity

There are two sensors: one for electric current and one gyro for levelness, and there are 3 sensitivity parameters (upward, downward, and levelness /gyro), each with 9 level settings. Effectively you can have 27 different anti-collision sensitivity settings.

Freedom to customize your own standing desk

The EDF32D sit-stand desk frame is telescopic so you can use any compatible top of your choice. You may recycle the top of your old desk to save some money, or you can choose any top of Width: 1100 – 2200mm / 43.3″-86.6″ and Depth: 600-800mm / 23.6″-31.5″. (Please note hollow-middle worktops are not compatible with most electric standing desks.)

Three height presets

When the desk is at your desired height, touch button “M” then “1” or “2” or “3” to set, for example, “1” for your reading position, “2” for writing position, and “3” for your standing position. When you want to change from reading position to standing, simply touch “3”.

Sit-stand timer

Simply press button “A” for a count-down timer of 45min (you may also use UP and DOWN button to increase/reduce), and when the time is over it will alert you to change position.

Installation/Assembly Guide

The EDF32D series electric height adjustable standing desk frames are supplied in one flat packed carton. It is designed with easy assembly in mind, any people with a little bit of DIY experience should be able to complete the installation in 15-20 min.
