Holiday Office Opening Hours and Delivery cut-off times

firework Please find below, information on our office opening hours and delivery cut-off times throughout the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

We will endeavour to attempt delivery on all orders before the Christmas holidays. However, due to high order volumes at this time of year, couriers can sometimes experience delays beyond our control.

Orders placed before 15:00 GMT (3:00 pm) on working days (Mon-Fri, public holidays excluded) will be dispatched the same day dependant on the products ordered unless stated. Orders received after this time cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch; however we will endeavour to process your request as quickly as possible.

All you need to do is enter your destination or postcode and click the quote button and the available shipping options and prices will be displayed.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint, wherever possible we will re-use packaging when sending products to you. This includes boxes as well as packaging inside the box, such as Bubble Wrap, Air Packets and Foam.
