Epson CP05OSSWH745 5 Years CoverPlus Onsite Swap Warranty Upgrade for EB-6xx
05 years CoverPlus Onsite swap - Target is for an engineer to be onsite to repair / swap your Epson Projector within 2 working days of call being received. CoverPlus does not cover replacement of items designated as maintenance items that have reached the end of their life.
Provides 5 years in total from the original product purchase date the CoverPlus pack is being registered against. CoverPlus Packs can only be purchased up to 8 months after the EPSON product it will be registered against was purchased. When a CoverPlus is purchased the service provided overrides the standard warranty. All products the CoverPlus is being registered to must be in a working condition and within their product lifetime specified in the product specifications.
Onsite Swap
Epson will attend the site and undertake a ‘no parts’ repair of the unit. If this is not possible then the unit will be swapped out on site with a quality assured replacement projector. Target service delivery time is two working days. Epson will de-install / re-install the projector so long as it is accessible and installed below 3.65m high.
