Mobile storage, charging & Ethernet networked USB-C trolley for 32 Laptops, integrated zioxi USB-C power and cables, sequential power start and key lock

The zioxi Laptop Network USB-C trolley provides charging and data connections for 32 laptops or tablets via USB-C. The trolley is connected to a LAN via an Ethernet patch cable. Each laptop or iPad is connected via a single USB-C cable providing both power and data and enabling remote management of all connected devices. Laptops and tablets are stored horizontally on shelves making access easy and only a short length of USB-C cable is presented to each shelf. The laptop USB-C chargers, power management module, ethernet switch and cables, USB-C conversion electronics and high capacity silent fan are all neatly housed in the separate and secure power bay.

An Unmanaged NetGear Gigabit Ethernet switch is supplied as standard or alternatively there is the flexibility to choose & fit your own 1U rack mountable switch.

Provides charging, Ethernet network connectivity via device USB C ports and secure storage for 32 Laptops and tablets (up to 16” screen sizes – see shelf dimensions). Horizontal device storage for easy access, with only short lengths of cable presented to each shelf.

• Choice of RFID access card, digital code or key lock (master override keys provide with RFID and code locks)
• Door folds back 270 degrees preventing damage, providing easy access and with magnetic retention
• Laptop and tablet Ethernet adapter MAC addresses are not visible via the switch, use of remote device management software is recommended if individual device identification is required

Mains outlets for AC Chargers

Requires 1 power socket per trolley.

Supports device AC plugtop, wall and brick style power adapters which are stored in the separate electrical power and data bay. UK plug formats supported, others by request.

Supplied with 32 mains sockets inside the electrical power bay.

(Individual device USB-C chargers and USB-C cables are required but not included. We recommend the use of manufacturer supplied chargers).

Integrated Laptop USB-C Power

Requires 1 power socket per trolley.

Integrated zioxi USB-C power using the latest cool & efficient GaN technology, and housed in the front accessible electrical power and data bay.

USB Type C ports support the Power Delivery (PD3.0) specification with voltage / maximum current combinations of 5V/3A, 9V/3A, 12V/3A, 15V/3A and 20V/3.25A, so suitable for charging all types of Type C enabled devices including laptops, Chromebooks, tablets and phones at up to 60W per port.

Supplied with 32 fitted USB-C cables.

Network USB-C connectivity

NetGear Unmanaged, Gigabit Ethernet switch (fitted as standard, except for NETT**X models which are supplied without a switch fitted) & Ethernet patch cables; fitted in 19” 1U rack mountings. Zioxi Ethernet to USB-C conversion electronics supplying 1 USB-C power and data connection to each laptop.

Each laptop, Chromebook, iPad or tablet requires a single USB-C port suitable for both power and data (on one end of the device).

Suitable for iPad 10th gen, iPad Pro, iPad Mini, Windows 10 and Windows 11 laptops, Chromebooks, Android phones and iPhone 15. Note that device Ethernet adapter MAC addresses are not visible via the switch, using remote device management software (such as MS Intune) is recommended if individual device identification is required. MAC Address Pass Through is not supported. Wake over LAN supported for most laptops subject to laptop BIOS support and configuration.
