The SEND006 is part of Monarch's SEND Range of storage furniture, designed specifically to meet the needs of this specialised learning environment - it is a twenty-four tray storage unit with four columns of six transparent trays each, and lockable doors. The doors have black plastic handles for a safer environment and to assist children with impaired vision. Supplied with strong non-marking shatterproof nylon castors (two with locking facility) - all with a load capacity of 20kg with a twin wheeled and hooded construction. Engineered to fit to a reinforced steel plate fixed to the underside of the unit for better performance and greater durability!

Manufactured from 18mm FSC certified Grey MFC with 2mm ABS edging. Hand built to BS EN 16121:2013 Level 2 British Standard and EU equivalent in respect of strength, durability and stability. Complete with a 5-year warranty.

Monarch's certified FSC MFC is manufactured in Chirk, Wales. 85% of the boards are recycled timber (a mix of hardwood & softwood coming from old furniture, pallets, cable reels). The recycled content comes from the UK & the 15% comes from sawmill residue. For every tree felled - five trees are planted. Once Monarch furniture reaches the end of its lifetime, 100% of the unit can be recycled.
