Visualisers are ideal pieces of technology in Educational, Business, Medical, Law and Military environments. A Visualiser is simply a digital camera fixed onto the end of an arm (rigid or flexible). Using the controls on the base unit and/or software you can zoom in or out and freeze and capture an image of whatever is positioned underneath the camera. Visualisers are ideal for teachers to use to explain certain parts of work to their classroom of pupils or in medical environments such as hospitals where they can be used to help teach student doctors.

The Lumens DC166 SXGA Digital Visual Gooseneck Presenter is a high-resolution multimedia visualiser that delivers crystal clear SXGA resolution with powerful 6x optical-zoom and 8x digital-zoom features. With a large A3 image shooting area, it means teachers can share a view of large pages and objects instantly. With the DC166, the camera head and lamp are mounted on adjustable gooseneck arms to be able to examine objects from any angle. The DC166, also has a built-in SDHC slot so you can save video or images straight to the device and not rely on using a PC.
