Visualisers are ideal pieces of technology in Educational, Business, Medical, Law and Military environments. A Visualiser is simply a digital camera fixed onto the end of an arm (rigid or flexible). Using the controls on the base unit and/or software you can zoom in or out and freeze and capture an image of whatever is positioned underneath the camera. Visualisers are ideal for teachers to use to explain certain parts of work to their classroom of pupils or in medical environments such as hospitals where they can be used to help teach student doctors.

The Lumens DC158 SXGA Desktop Visualiser with HDMI interface, has been designed specifically to meet the needs of teachers and is ideal for use within educational environments (such as schools, colleges and universities). The DC158 Visualiser comes with an auto-focus feature as standard and provides superior image quality and high-capacity internal memory for saving upto 120 JPEG images to create instant slideshows, making this the ideal entry level stand alone visualiser. With the DC158, the camera head and lamp are mounted on adjustable gooseneck arms to be able to examine objects from any angle. This product is designed specifically with the needs of teachers in mind and works seamlessly with Interactive Whiteboards, Projectors, PC Monitors and TV's, connecting via High-Speed USB 2.0. This Lumens DC158 Visualiser comes with FREE Ladibug™ Software. Ladibug™ is a full screen still image, video and audio capture software, which is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP and Mac OSX 10 or above operating systems.
