LapSafe has introduced a new range of mobile Laptop and Netbook charging trolleys known as the ClassBuddy™ range. The ClassBuddy™ range of trolleys has been designed to deliver cost effective management and safe charging for upto 30 Laptops or 30 Netbooks. All stored devices are charged simultaneously using the devices own AC adaptors reducing any possible risks to the user such as blown fuses. All AC adaptors are stored securely and safely on a shelf beside the device using security ties and clips provided with the trolley. The ClassBuddy Laptop range includes LapSafe’s own power management system providing a safe user experience. This also includes power-on illumination, surge and voltage protection. The ClassBuddy™ charging trolley includes a 3 year warranty, it also meets all required British Safety Standards and has been independently CE certified and meets HSE guidelines.

The ClassBuddy™ trolley is available with 2 optional extras and can be configured to use a Data Transfer Kit (DTK) which allows the simultaneous transfer of data to all stored devices and also adds twin thermostatically controlled forced ventilation to the cabinet. The second option is a Radio Access Point module (RAP) which will turn the ClassBuddy™ into a wireless network point.

The ClassBuddy™ trolley is naturally ventilated allowing cold air to flow through the cabinet whilst devices are charging. When a Data Transfer kit (DTK) is included in the ClassBuddy™ trolley then twin thermostatically controlled forced ventilation comes as standard. The ClassBuddy™ trolleys welded steel chassis and three point locking system are designed to provide secure management for mobile ICT devices. The doors are mounted with full height piano style hinges to minimise the risk of theft. Seperate keys are provided for the rear door to prevent unauthorised access. Also the ClassBuddy™ range makes use of quality castors providing 360 degree movement with brakes to ensure stability.

The compact ClassBuddy™ range comes weighing in at only 50KG making it a light and manoeuvrable ICT storage solution ideal for sharing ICT resources between classrooms. It has also been designed with a small footprint so the ClassBuddy™ range uses minimal space within the classroom or storage area. The ClassBuddy™ charging trolley is available in a range of colours including; Green, Yellow, Red, Blue, White, Black and LapSafe’s Original Red.

This high security Laptop trolley is wireless capable out of the factory, however a wireless router is not supplied with this Laptop trolley. Which means you can easily fit an aftermarket wireless router to your Laptop trolley if your require wireless internet.
