The NEC NP216G projector is designed to be used in education and offices and is environmentally friendly. It is light and compact making it ideal for classroom and office environments. It has a quick power on and off function to enable to start projecting images just seconds after turning the projector on. It comes 3-D Ready and has a brightness of 2500 lumens, making it useable in any room, but works particularly well in medium sized offices and classrooms. Due to it having a brightness of 2500 lumens it enables the projector to be used whilst the lights are still on in the room, so viewers can easily see the projection image whilst making notes. It has an eco mode, which increases the life of the lamp and also enables it to produce better images in slightly darker rooms. It supports many different types of resolutions including 1920 x 1080 (HDTV), 1024 x 768 (XGA) and 640 x 480 (VGA). It's exceptional lamp life of 5000 hours and a standby mode power of 0.7W makes this projector cost effective and energy efficient.
