Sanyo have recently been shouting about their latest home entertainment prototype projector which provides short throw from its Sanyo projector bulb.

The new Sanyo prototype projector is a laser projector and has the ability to project a large 100 inch 1080P picture quality from only 24 inches away from the Sanyo projector lamp.  This means that the seating area for viewing can be increased dramatically, accommodating more of the room and a larger audience.

The new Sanyo home projector is at its early stages and is actually so new to the market that Sanyo have not had chance to give it a name yet. However, what we do know is that Sanyo have been actively promoting the home projectors’ ability for a massive 7000 lumens of brightness which is provided by the Sanyo projector bulb.  This is truly a breathtaking accomplishment for Sanyo. The price of the new projector is yet to be released.

It would appear that Sanyo have quite a knack for short throw projectors, however, their newest prototype is more than can be expected with a DLP Sanyo projector lamp beamer able to project 93 x 20 x 25 inches and a 100 inch x 150 inches with a full resolution of 1,920 x 1,080.
